1.3 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 To open an Account on jlss, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited; (d) provide accurate, complete, and current registration information; and (e) not already hold an active or previously suspended jlss Account.
3.2 jlss operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering or maintaining more than one Account per individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances and Bonus Funds held therein.
3.3 You must complete identity verification (KYC) before making withdrawals or accessing higher deposit limits. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, valid passport, and Voter's ID. 3.4 jlss reserves the right to decline any registration or to close an Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 You must notify jlss immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. jlss will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.3 All Account activity — including wagers placed and transactions executed — is your sole responsibility once you are logged in. jlss will not reverse any wager or transaction on the basis that your Account was used without your consent unless you have notified jlss in accordance with clause 4.2.
4.4 You must keep your registered contact details (email address and mobile number) current. jlss will use these for account notifications, verification codes, and regulatory communications. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in withdrawal delays.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on jlss are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jlss supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable limits.
5.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. jlss does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.5 Funds held in your jlss Account do not accrue interest. Account Balances are not transferable to other players or third parties.
6.1 jlss may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.
6.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty-five times (25×) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. 12.3 In no event shall jlss's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jlss's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 jlss reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance; inability to complete KYC verification; or at jlss's sole discretion.
13.2 On termination of your Account for any reason other than confirmed fraud, jlss will return any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
13.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jlss support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 jlss reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jlss will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via a prominent notice on the jlss platform prior to the revised Terms taking effect.
15.2 Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required for regulatory compliance — may take effect immediately without prior notice.
